Procon Analytics offers a progressive IoT platform that powers a new suite of connected car products and services. The platform was developed and successfully incubated by Procon Analytics’ leaders, Brian Boling and Bill Cheney, while the pair served as the CEO and COO of Connected Holdings LLC respectively.
Connected Holdings is an Intelligent Services Platform company that was founded in 2014. The company provides entrepreneurs with the IoT platform, infrastructure and connected devices needed to kickstart IoT business ideas. Connected Holdings reallocated the majority of its business units to launch Procon Analytics LLC in Q1 of 2017.
In just one year, Procon Analytics has assembled marketing, sales, technology and operations executives who helped drive Spireon’s (formerly known as Procon GPS, the company that Brian Boling founded and served as CEO through 2012) market dominance in the automotive space over the past decade. The team now supports the IoT platform for Procon Analytics, using a range of talents to build better, faster, more effective solutions for the global automotive industry.

As a trailblazer in automotive telematics, Brian Boling CEO of Procon Analytics is an inventor and author of multiple IoT patents leveraging GPS technology.
Prior to putting Procon Analytics core team together, Boling held the CEO position at Connected Holdings, an Intelligent Services Platform company that incubates new IoT startups. Connected Holdings was formed in fourth quarter of 2014. There he successfully incubated several connected car technology solutions that ultimately became the foundation of Procon Analytics.
In the first quarter of 2017, Connected Holdings spun off the bulk of its business units into a new company, now known as Procon Analytics. LLC. Procon Analytics has attracted key marketing, sales, technology and operation executives that were formally part of the core team that helped propel Procon GPS (later renamed to Spireon in 2012) to market dominance in the automotive space over the past 10 years. Now, this new Procon Analytics core team has a new IoT platform and is building better, faster, more effective solutions for the industry.
Boling started his career at Philips Consumer Electronics Company. While at Philips, Boling managed the High Frequency Business in Singapore, where he led the Far East division through its highest growth period in Phillips’ 40-year history. In this position, he was responsible for the design, construction and start-up of new industrial facilities in Indonesia and Malaysia. Other accomplishments included restructuring the Philips Acoustics Group, headquartered in Belgium, where Boling engineered a successful turnaround that involved significant labor relation challenges in Western Europe. Boling later was the GM of the Philips TV business in the USA to manage the new business efforts and color television business for Philips.
Boling has a BA and MBA from the University of Tennessee.

Cheney is a pioneer and innovator in IoT cloud-based technology. As COO at Connected Holdings, Cheney was the evangelist of performance, profitability and customer experience. He also was the mastermind behind the new connected car technology products that he will continue to evolve under Procon Analytics. Prior to his appointment to Connected Holdings, Cheney held the CFO position at Spireon Inc. Cheney was a founder of Drive OK, one of the leading companies in the Vehicle Finance IoT business before being acquired by Procon GPS which was later renamed to Spireon, Inc.. And before that, Cheney was a senior executive at Qualcomm in its semiconductor and international investment divisions.
As a graduate of the U.S Naval Academy and a Submarine Officer, Cheney acquired an appreciation for disciplined development and the adherence to process in the Nuclear Navy during the Cold War. This experience uniquely positions him to specialize in the operational processes and systems that are critical factors in an IoT company’s ability to scale, sustain growth and deliver strong returns. His latest endeavors in big data analytics promise new and even more exciting sources of growth and profitability.

Cheney holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the US Naval Academy, and an MBA from Stanford University.
Ken Vines has been the Chief Financial Officer of a number of public and private companies, primarily in the technology industry. He joined Procon Analytics in early 2019 after taking some time off from a lengthy career in finance management. His technology industry experience has included senior financial management positions at automotive IoT and telecommunications companies — notably a multinational firm with more than $450 million in revenue that operated in 30 countries.
Throughout is professional career, Vines has excelled at ensuring the financial stability and growth of the companies for which he’s worked. At Procon Analytics, he will again be charged with those duties, but in addition he will help us manage our growth and develop strategies that will accelerate the organization’s profitability as we develop new products, services and enter into new strategic partnerships. His expertise will help us in our mission to create disruptive trends that will transform the auto industry.
Vines is CPA and holds and MBA from the University of North Texas. He resides with his family in Plano, Texas.
Meyer brings a methodical approach to Procon Analytics platform development and daily operations adding forward-thinking management processes and a holistic approach to customer lifecycle management.
Previously, Meyer held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Services at Spireon, Inc. where he was responsible for the operations of its rapidly expanding automotive solutions group. With over 28 years of industry experience, Meyer established several of the fundamental building blocks in technology that have been adopted and are still in use today by over 14,000 car dealerships across the country.
Meyer started working in retail automotive at a young age and quickly excelled in all areas inside the dealership ending his retail career as General Manager of a high volume, new car franchise dealership group. During his retail tenure Meyer also successfully owned BH/PH and Powersports dealerships, he understands first-hand the challenges faced by today’s automotive dealerships and lenders. Meyer brings hands-on field-based automotive retail experience backed by a successful entrepreneurial track record that spans over two decades.
